• That’s it…. Task over….
• A full-time agent with the firms will be assigned to the lead. If it is a listing situation, the agent will present our firm to the customer to secure the listing and market the property. For buyers the agent will secure a Buyer’s Representation agreement and attempt to find the buyer the property they wish. When the buyers or sellers are brought to the table with a ratified contract that goes to closing, you receive a referral commission!

General Requirements

• You will need to be a licensed, Virginia real estate agent.
• You will have to agree to not provide real estate services – except these referrals.
• You will not participate in the transactions.
• That’s what you want to do anyway – Not have to work!
