Earn Real Estate Referral Commissions
- Is your Virginia real estate license dormant?
- Are you taking real estate courses, but don’t know what you will do when you pass the exam because you cannot quit that job that now pays the bills?
- Are you with a firm, but the time consumption and costs of being a full-time agent are too much? Local dues, State dues, National dues, MLS subscriptions?
- Do you have lots of friends, co-workers, and acquaintances who all want to find new or different homes, but you really like fishing or going to the beach a lot more than doing work?
- Consider this: DO REFERRALS ONLY !!
It's Easy on time.
- Your sole mission is to provide leads to our agents at Historic Properties or Fine Homes and Land.
- That’s it…. Task over….
- A full-time agent with the firms will be assigned to the lead. If it is a listing situation, the agent will present our firm to the customer to secure the listing and market the property. For buyers the agent will secure a Buyer’s Representation agreement and attempt to find the buyer the property they wish. When the buyers or sellers are brought to the table with a ratified contract that goes to closing, you receive a referral commission!
